Refund policy

Order Cancellations

  • Standard Stock: Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment without penalty.

  • Custom/Bulk Orders: Once a production run for a specific distributor or hotel property has begun, cancellations are not permitted, or will be subject to a 30% materials forfeiture fee.

Shipping & Damaged Goods

  • Inspection Period: Buyers must inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any claims for shortages or visible damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Freight Claims: If goods were damaged in transit via a third-party carrier, the Buyer must note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) to facilitate a claim.

Returns & Refunds

  • Defective Merchandise: We stand by our quality. If a product fails to meet commercial specifications (e.g., excessive shedding, unraveling), we will offer a replacement or credit.

  • Change of Mind: Because these are bulk commercial goods, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." If an exception is made, a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.

  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unwashed, unused, and in original bulk packaging.
